By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

To contract and/or place an order with the AEA /you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

The AEA retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and confirm the identity of the party you have contracted with. This will usually be the AEA or may, in some cases, be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party, the AEA is not acting as either agent or principal, and the contract is made between you and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale that they supply you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost.’

(c) Payment
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Shipping Policies

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping Method is thru USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail (Estimated 3-5 business days)

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States, and it can be done by contacting the Regimental Store Manager Robert Ybarra.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The AEA Online Regimental Store ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The AEA Online Regimental Store is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

The AEA Online Regimental Store is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICIES

Your satisfaction is what matters to us most. If you order something from us and are unhappy when you receive it, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we make a mistake, we’ll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it. Shipping fees for the replacement item(s) are covered, yet we do not cover the shipping fee for the returned item. To return your item, send us a note to [email protected] and include your name, a copy of our receipt/date of purchase, your order number, and a description of the damage to the item you purchased. Include pictures of the damage/defect and product name for faster processing.

STANDARD RETURNS

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or “like-new” condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include knives, drinkware, select oversize items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.

If you do not like what you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To return your item, contact us at [email protected] for return instructions. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made for different sizes of select apparel items, including t-shirts, as long as we have them in stock. To process an exchange, send a message to [email protected]

Most returns will be processed in approximately 1-2 weeks. Additional delays may occur due to weather conditions and transit times. Once processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method and appear on your bank statement in 7 to 10 business days. Please note that the initial shipping and delivery fee is non-refundable.
