AEA Executive Director

The Army Engineer Association is thrilled to announce the launch of the Career Bridge. This is a career transition service for not only transitioning engineer soldiers of all ranks but transitioning soldiers with engineer degrees as well.

The AEA’s Career Bridge aims to help soldiers successfully navigate career changes, whether transitioning to civilian life or moving to new roles in various locations. Any Engineer Soldier (Specialist through Colonel) seeing civilian employment can access job postings by a wide array of businesses inside and outside the engineer profession to see what jobs are available.

Services include resume preparation, interview insights, access to job postings, company matching based on skills and interests, and mobile alerts for new opportunities.

Career Bridge is available at no cost! The initial tier of service (searching the database of job offerings and uploading your preference and resume so businesses see your talent) is available through AEA to all Army ENgineers regardless of membership with AEA and rank.

If you are a transitioning soldier (Specialist through Colonel) or a National Guard/ Reserve soldier looking for a new career based on movement to a new duty location, please click the launch button below to start the process.

The AEA Career Bridge is open and ready for business.

ESSAYONS!

Important things to know.

The AEA Career Bridge program is built around you, the soldier. The best way to get the most out of this program is to create a profile. From that profile, the Career Bridge Program will help you find the most accurate career opportunities with the best employers who are looking to hire you!
