The contractor shall provide the necessary management to maintain the infrastructure and grounds of the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). The contractor will research equipment O&M manuals, ETL, NFPA, UFC, AFI, and other applicable maintenance publications. Maintenance intervals and service activities shall be based on National, State, Local regulations, best business practice, environmental conditions, the specific use of the MHS- RPSS to ensure they are included in the PM schedule. The contractor will submit in writing all PM requirements and schedule changes to the COR or FM for approval and entry into the DMLSS-FM system. The contractor shall review the DMLSS-FM PM schedule for all facilities under task order call to ensure all maintenance significant real property systems and equipment items are included in the Facility Systems Inventory Report, RPIE Inventory Detail Listing, RPIE PM Requirements lists and the PM requirements that are currently documented in DMLSS-FM at the time of this task order call solicitation. The schedule shall include location, frequency and date of work, subcontractor, calibration requirements, and all tasks to be performed. The contractor shall ensure the PM schedule is generated from DMLSS-FM and provided to the COR ten (10) calendar days prior to the month of execution. The Project Manager or designated representative shall be physically present at the clinic during normal operating hours and be available via telephone after normal operating hours. Shall hold a U.S. Secret Clearance and be classified as mission essential. The Project Manager shall speak fluent English.
Shall have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in one or more of the engineering disciplines and three years’ experience in project management. Acceptable Substitute: Shall have ten years supervisory experience in maintenance and management of facilities and high school graduate or equivalent.
