NOTE: ENFORCE 09 will be held 20-24 April 2009 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The conference will not be split based this year as it was in 2008, and the theme for the conference will remain focused on "Building Great Engineers". More to follow on the details of the agenda, but mark your calendars now.

AEA Industry/Government Seminar
Army Engineer Association (AEA) Supporting Firm Members are invited to attend the next Industry / Government seminar scheduled for Tuesday, 9 September 2008, at the Army and Navy Club on Farragut Square in Washington DC. The seminar will include a special sit-down breakfast and a working buffet lunch. Reservations are required, as seating is limited.
Register online here.Registration will begin at 7:15. Sit down breakfast program is 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM. Lunch will be from 12:00 - 1:00 PM. As in earlier seminars, the purpose is to allow AEA Supporting Firm Members to participate in a meaningful exchange with key leaders in the Army on directions, programs, policies and procedures.
Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM --Honorable David L. Hobson (R-OH). AEA, with corporate support from Trimble, presents Civil Engineering Scholarships in honor of Congressman Hobson. Congressman Hobson is a member of the Defense Subcommittee, House Committee on Appropriations; and is Ranking Minority Member of the Energy and Water Development Subcommittee, House Committee on Appropriations.
Seminar Program – 9:00 AM -12:00 noon
Honorable Keith Eastin, Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations & Environment will headline a full program of speakers in the Army's I&E business: DASA Privatization & Partnering; DASA Installations & Housing, Assistant Chief of Staff, Installation Management, Environment, Safety and Occupational Health, and USACE Military Programs.
Presentations will include Q&A, allowing excellent opportunity for open dialogue. MG (Ret) Clair F. Gill, AEA Board of Directors, will moderate the seminar.
The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited within the Army Navy Club and coat and tie are required. Army Navy Club member Jack O'Neill is the sponsoring member for this event.
In keeping with the spirit of a small group, each Supporting Firm should limit representation to two (2).
The cost of the session for each AEA Supporting Firm Member attendee will be $350.00. Non-member firm participation will cost $450.00 per attendee.
Cancellations may be accepted through noon, Friday, 5 September 2008.

2008 Regimental Conference

The 2009 AEA Engineer Regimental Conference (ENFORCE) is being coordinated now between the AEA, the Army Engineer School and HQ, USACE. More details will be made available here as they develop.
